The Sunbearer Trials by Aiden Thomas

Anne's Review:

This was an all around solid read with fierce competition, beautiful friendships, a diverse cast of characters, and a compelling plot. I didn’t love how much of a cliffhanger the book ended on, but that’s honestly more personal preference as someone who doesn’t love reading series! With that being said, I’m confident I’ll pick up book two at some point to see where this story goes. I’d recommend this one to anybody who loves queer fiction and stories like the Hunger Games!
